COMPLETE THE LODGE CLEAN-UP CHECKLIST AFTER YOUR EVENT. Copies are generally available in the kitchen, or download. Or, ask Vicki to give you one when picking up the key.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
- PAY ONLINE ~ PayPal you must include 3.5% extra for PayPal’s processing fees.
- Drop TWO (2) checks off with Board Member, Vicki Barney, or drop at the Lodge Office drop box, ONE CHECK for non-refundable usage fee, the SECOND CHECK for the REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
- Mail check(s) to SBPOA, P.O. Box 676, Loyalton, CA 96118.

PLEASE READ:
- Non-profits using the facility to raise funds and donations must pay the usage fees, as based on the number in attendees. If you feel an exemption is warranted please contact us.
- Unpaid fees will be applied to your SBPOA dues invoice.
- Cancel reservation NO LATER THAN 24 HOURS before the scheduled event or you will be charged “Lodge Usage Fees.”
- You will be unable to select dates already booked or reserved.
*Deposits are refunded after inspection. Usage fees help pay for Lodge operating costs. SBPOA Host Member is responsible for damages and clean up. Thank you, and may your event be perfect.
BOOKING FORM INSTRUCTIONS:
Day use ends at 4:30. Sleeping over night at the Lodge is permitted without express permission.
Multiple reservations can be made in one booking. Book an event for day or night, and / or into multiple days. Simply follow the instruction multiple times in the same booking session.
- USE DROP DOWN MENU ABOVE CALENDAR. Select “Day Use” or “Evening Use”, the number of attendees.
- Select date on the calendar. A time slot / range will appear.
- Select (click) the time slot presented. (You will be unable to select dates that are previously reserved.)
- Multiple reservations or days and evenings can be selected in this single booking. Follow the above instructions multiple times as needed.
*** Note: If fees do not apply properly during the checkout process, we will adjust the fees and send an updated “approval” email. Just let us know.
